These projects obviously vary considerably due to size of the project, rooms, location, star ratings and the marketing manner in which the property developer markets to their end users.

With Villa projects, once an interior style has been established, ie. contemporary, antique, reproduction, classic or rustic, we then compile package options. Which may then in turn, be offered to the property client.
Although these options have set furnishings for specific prices, we still maintain the flexibility to vary the styles and inclusions depending on the clients requirements. These packageas are compiled after meeting with the Villa developers which provides us with a better understanding of their clients demographic.
Hotel projects are more standardised to the extent that there may only be two variations in room standards each having their own style and furnishings. Outside of the room complexes there are the public areas - reception, business centres, lounges and bars. Again after consultation with the developer or managers these styles are identified and an overall theme for the hotel is established.
